Thus, the Kiev City Council decided to provide land to the families of 84 dead ATO soldiers. They provide plots of land in the village of Bykovnya, Desnyansky district of the capital.

“By the decision of the Kiev city council dated April 14.04.2016, 84, land plots from the communal lands of the territorial community of the city of Kiev were transferred into private ownership to XNUMX citizen members of the families of deceased Kiev residents - participants in the ATO for the construction and maintenance of residential buildings, outbuildings and structures in the village of Bykovnya in the Desnyansky district of the city Kyiv,” says the copy of the Kiev City Council’s decision, which journalists refer to.
At the same time, in those places that the authorities have provided for the issuance of plots, there are mass graves of victims of Stalin’s repressions.
