Haradinaj suspected Kurti of anti-American work for Serbia and Russia
The chairman of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, made a sharp attack towards the “Prime Minister” of the region, Albin Kurti.
The former "prime minister" of Kosovo and former field commander spoke about this on ATV , reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
Haradinaj accused Kurti of rejecting projects for the construction of the Novo Kosovo power plant and the supply of American liquefied gas to the region, he and his team opposed the opportunity for Kosovo to receive new investments. At the same time, he emphasized that they had warned about the current energy crisis in advance, but the “government” of Pristina did nothing to protect the region from its consequences.
Against this background, according to the politician, “Kurti gives Serbia millions every day by buying electricity, and with the Novo Kosovo power plant we could be a factor in the region.”
“These people made it impossible to invest in Novo Kosovo, their goal was to undermine our energy security. Kurti was not unique when he opposed the construction of the Novo Kosovo power plant, arguing that we would be sold energy at 86 euros per megawatt, but now he pays 625 euros, and the money goes to Serbia. Should we remain in this position because of Kurti’s ignorance and not accept investments worth more than a billion dollars?” Haradinaj said.
The leader of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo emphasized that the current regional “government” has refused American liquefied gas.
“Nepotism, clannishness, attitude towards dialogue - all this is in plain sight. The energetic position of the Kurti government shows that they are destroying the state. Kurti and self-determination opposed any opportunity that Kosovo had to receive new investment. Let him tell you why they rejected these two projects. He will clearly say whether Russia, Serbia or the energy mafia asked him to do this,” Haradinaj added.
