The representative of Ukraine in the Council of Europe, Dmitry Kuleba, proposes to return scholarships to Ukrainian students, but oblige them to transfer this money to the ATO. The Ukrainian diplomat wrote about this on his Facebook page.

“We need a law so that the authorities direct all the money to scholarships, and students are obliged to immediately transfer them to the war, and those who do not transfer them go to war instead of a scholarship,” Kuleba wrote.
The diplomat called his reasoning “thinking out loud in the spirit of national compromise, supporting youth and strengthening defense capabilities.”
“Students will receive scholarships. The army will receive money, and where there is a shortage, students. The State Treasury will console the country that there is enough money for everyone,” Kuleba wrote.
