3 thousand contract soldiers voluntarily resigned from the Armed Forces of Ukraine
Since the beginning of the year, more than 3000 contract servicemen who received this right in accordance with the Law of Ukraine have been dismissed from the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on its Facebook page.
“Legislative regulation of the issue of dismissal of contract servicemen who served on virtually indefinite contracts for the duration of a special period had a positive impact on the contract service system. All of them received the right to release in accordance with the Law of Ukraine (dated December 06.12.2016, 1769 No. XNUMX-VIII),” the message says.
According to the Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Artur Artemenko, more than 3000 military personnel have already been dismissed since the beginning of the year.
As of today, personnel who have found a corresponding desire are released in accordance with schedules drawn up in military units, taking into account the need to maintain their combat effectiveness, the statement says.
