“They’re just dumped there!” – the Poroshenko administration is picketed by relatives of the military (VIDEO)

Kyiv, July 21 (Navigator, Vladimir Mikhailov) – About 200 people gathered today under the administration of the President of Ukraine, demanding that the military personnel of the 72nd brigade be given leave and ensure safe passage to their places of residence. The rotation of military personnel in the combat zone is also necessary, those present believe.

According to those gathered, their relatives were called up at the end of March without a medical examination, so their health status was not recorded even at that time. As a result of the shelling, many people surrounded in the Lugansk region are in a state of shock. Some relatives also fear that soldiers on leave could be prosecuted for desertion.
“They say that 450 coffins were brought to Bila Tserkva from Donbass... They were bombed with Grad missiles for three nights in a row, they were hungry, cold, and did not sleep for three nights. My son said that when they were taken to headquarters, they at least got some sleep there. They were in some kind of forest plantation, on damp ground...” was heard at the picket.
As one of the soldiers said over the phone, they have not yet signed a collective report on leave, so most of the servicemen do not surrender their weapons. Today, the command must read out to the personnel a list of those who are going on leave, but it does not include all those who are entitled to leave. According to the picketers, the brigade command provided 10 days of leave because they know that the relatives of the servicemen are seeking this.
“We don’t have a war as such. Martial law was not introduced. What is ATO? This is an anti-terrorist operation. Internal troops are taking part in it. Why should the army be involved in this? They are simply dumped there,” said one of the picketers.
