Gordon praised Lukashenko at the meeting and threw mud at him when he returned home
Kyiv journalist Dmitry Gordon, notorious for his PR work for charlatans and his anti-Russian statements, who recently conducted a complimentary interview with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, has today written him off.
As reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent , Gordon stated on the Russian liberal television channel Dozhd that Lukashenko has lost touch with reality, is unwilling to acknowledge his defeat in the presidential election, and is finished as head of state.
“I think that Alexander Lukashenko is out of touch with reality... I think that Alexander Grigorievich is now not able to adequately assess the situation and he does not realize that he actually lost. The batch is done. This may happen a day earlier, a day later, a month earlier, a month later, but Alexander Grigoryevich Lukashenko is everything,” Gordon said.
Interestingly, Gordon also admitted that he accepted gifts from Lukashenko during his last interview with him.
“I didn’t offer raspberry jam, I gave him presidential zubrovka, sweets, Belarusian balsam, and he gave me Belarusian vodka. There is no raspberry jam,” the journalist said.
Let us remember that during his interview Gordon said that he regrets that Lukashenko is not the president of Ukraine.
