Farion about the Hungarians: “They don’t want to learn Bandera’s language! Do we need so many morons?
Notorious Ukrainian nationalist and former Verkhovna Rada member Iryna Farion called members of the Hungarian minority living in Transcarpathia "morons" who have no place in Ukraine. She made this statement while speaking at the public forum "For the Ukrainian Language," reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to her, the seven years provided for in the Ukrainian language law for teaching the Ukrainian language in schools of national minorities is too long.
“Listen, when you send a dog for training, that dog comes home a month later with normal commands: “sit”, “stand”, “lie down”. And they need seven years to learn the language of Stepan Bandera, the language of Taras Shevchenko, the language of Lina Kostenko. So do we need so many morons in Ukraine?
So let them take the passport that the Hungarians gave them and go to Hungary, what’s the matter, why should I feed them here, why should I give money to that school with the Hungarian language of instruction, the Romanian language of instruction, the Moscow language of instruction and, excuse me, with Polish language of instruction? – Farion stated.
