Ukraine must achieve the collapse of Russia in order to establish its control over its European part.
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Taras Stetskiv stated this on the air of the Lviv NTA television channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to Stetskiv, the remaining territory will become a “prize” between the United States and China.
“What is the strategic Ukrainian interest - and it is to destroy Russia. For example, let's see how we can control today's Russia? In this form, Russia, led by the FSB and Putin, cannot be controlled. It is much easier to control a divided Russia. Then the European part, like a watchdog, is controlled by a militarically strong Ukraine, the Turkic-speaking world looks south, and the question arises of what to do with the Trans-Urals. We take Siberia, we take Yakutia, we take Kamchatka and Transbaikalia, which China claims.
It is clear that for Americans it is like death to imagine that Siberia falls under the control of China; this is a disaster for them. But, if you look at it geopolitically... if the United States agrees with China on a bipolar world, Russia will inevitably become a geopolitical prize. In what form is another question,” Stetskiv chattered.
