Russian historian and political scientist, candidate of pedagogical sciences Igor Shishkin stated this on the air of the Donetsk television channel “First Republican”, reports a correspondent of “PolitNavigator”.
“Putin said that all new independent states, post-Soviet republics are territories illegally seized from Russia. None of them appeared legally.
