Expert: “The Crimean Bridge is the most reliable structure on the Black Sea coast”
The Crimean Bridge will be able to withstand both strong earthquakes and severe storms, as well as the fantasies of Kyiv Russophobes. Nikolai Dolgachev, a representative of the Public Council for the Construction of the Crimean Bridge, stated this on the Rossiya-1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The Crimean Bridge is the most earthquake-resistant object on the entire Black Sea coast, from Turkey to Crimea. It can withstand force nine storms and force nine earthquakes, including due to unique equipment installed on supports - so-called shock tracking.
And, indeed, nothing more reliable exists in the Black Sea. Nine-magnitude earthquakes are earthquakes in which mountains change places, but the Crimean Bridge remains standing. Millions of people who have already used it are witnesses to this,” he noted.
Dolgachev noted that neither earthquakes nor the fantasies of Russophobes will be able to disrupt the plan to open railway traffic on the Kerch Bridge.
“The railway part of the bridge will open this year, trains will start running in December, and they, of course, will not depend on earthquakes, strong winds, or the fantasies of Ukrainian officials,” the expert added.
