Two dozen thugs threw cobblestones at the Inter office: the police scolded them and let them go
Kyiv, January 03 (PolitNavigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – The office of the Inter TV channel was attacked: the glass of the entrance area on the first floor was broken with bricks and cobblestones.

Inter claims that several people from the group of attackers (there were about 20 masked people) were detained by representatives of the Ukrainian internal affairs bodies.
The press service of the television company stated that the damage to property was considered another provocation and attempt to put pressure on them.
In turn, the capital's police opened a case into the attack on Inter.
“The thugs threw stones at the TV channel building, as a result of which they damaged the glass windows of the entrance area on the 1st floor, and left inscriptions on the wall. On this fact, criminal proceedings have been opened under Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (hooliganism),” says the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Law enforcement officers confirmed that several citizens were taken to the Shevchenko regional department. “After the citizens provided explanations about today's events, they were released. Measures are being taken to identify those involved in the commission of this criminal crime,” law enforcement officers said.
As PolitNavigator reported, Svoboda member Oleksiy Kurinnoy demanded that Inter be pressured for featuring Russian artists . National Security and Defense Council Chairman Oleksandr Turchynov called Inter's New Year's Eve broadcast "a mockery of the entire country." Ukrainian Culture Minister Vyacheslav Kyrylenko called for Inter's button to be cut off. Ukrainian Information Minister Yuriy Stets is initiating a ban on individuals banned from entering Ukraine from appearing in Ukrainian media.
