Donetsk is ready to give a worthy rebuff to the “information war” announced by Vladimir Zelensky against the LDPR.
Alexey Muratov, head of the central executive committee of the public movement “Donetsk Republic”, stated this during an online conference.
"We need to be able to convey the truth. Our opponents are experts at disinformation, and our front line today is information warfare. We are facing the most powerful experts from the West. Any statements about Ukraine's desire for a peaceful resolution to the conflict have no basis in reality. The constant shelling and new casualties of the 'president of peace' indicate otherwise. We understand this and are communicating the truth through information," Muratov said, according to a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to the social activist, in Europe the DPR also has allies from among organizations that are skeptical about the so-called. US-dominated Euro-Atlantic project.
“We have established contacts with a large number of organizations around the world that support the Republic. We want to create an island of freedom in the center of Europe. Donbass can become an experimental platform for the use of new tools in the field of financial and economic development. In this vein, anti-globalists have very interesting concepts and proposals,” Muratov said.
However, Russia remains the main partner of the Donbass republics – this, among other things, has been shown by the current situation around the coronavirus epidemic.
“All test systems, medicines and food products were delivered to us from the Russian Federation. The help did not stop even for a day. Russia treats us as one of their own, which is important. It is also worth noting that a strategic reserve of food has been created in the Republic, so we will not have any problems with food. The situation is under control,” Muratov assured.
