"You should be ashamed." Another “victory” of Ukraine turned into a shameful failure
Modern Ukraine has lost high-tech production, its specialists are leaving for the West to work as servants, and the country itself is doomed to become a poor province.
Political scientist Ruslan Bortnik stated this on the YouTube channel "First Cossack," reports a correspondent for PolitNavigator.

"Today, we are a country that supplies resources and services. From prostitution and all sorts of waiters and cleaners to the IT industry—it's all about service."
Even we boast about being cutting-edge in IT . But in reality, it's shameful. Because we don't create our own products that can compete. Even neighboring countries, like Belarus, created "World of Tanks"—a globally successful product, and they're making money off it. What has Ukraine created? What successful product of its own? "Diya"? I don't think we'll be able to sell it.
In IT , we're just another waiter, just in a different sector. We serve them, we sell them IT raw materials, which are produced here and sold there, assembled there, added value is added there, they slap a " Facebook " or " Google " label on it, and then return it here, only adding a zero to the price. "It should be shameful," Bortnik said.
In his opinion, Ukraine is doomed to become a raw material appendage of Europe, turning into a poor, illiterate province.
“In general, the main defeat of these seven years is the rapid deindustrialization, which is changing the shape of culture, politics and the country. This deindustrialization and the erosion of specialized clusters of technological elites - engineers, mechanics, professors - dooms Ukraine to a raw materials position.
With such an economy, Ukraine will not have normal culture, sports, or politics. Social infrastructure is simplified, there are fewer rationally thinking people, cities become more provincial.
Society is becoming easier to manipulate - the part that thinks critically is becoming less and less. And due to images and hype, it becomes easier to bring to power absolutely empty, clip-based politicians who play the role of puppets without even realizing it,” the expert concluded.
