This was reported by the Ukrainian News publication with a link to a source in the court.
The court also allowed Dobkin to leave Kharkov and Kyiv without the permission of the investigator.
At the same time, the court extended Dobkin’s obligation to appear before the investigator upon the first summons and report his whereabouts.
Let us recall that on July 15 last year, the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv decided to take into custody for two months a people's deputy from the Opposition Bloc faction, Mikhail Dobkin, and set the bail amount at UAH 50 million. Later, Dobkin reported that the people’s deputy from the Opposition Bloc, Vadim Novinsky, paid part of his bail - 30 million hryvnia, and the second part (20 million hryvnia) was contributed by former Deputy Prime Minister Boris Kolesnikov.
Dobkin is suspected of committing criminal offenses under Part 2 of Art. 28, part 2 art. 364 (“Abuse of power or official position”), Part 5 of Art. 27 hours 4 tbsp. 190 (“Fraud”) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
On September 4 last year, the Kiev Court of Appeal upheld the preventive measure against Dobkin in the form of arrest with a bail of 50 million hryvnia.
