Russian partners must stop treating Donbass industrialists as Ukrainians. Vladimir Trubchanin, Doctor of Economics, Director of the Yasinovatsky Machine-Building Plant (DPR), stated this at the economic forum in Lugansk.

From August 2014 to January 2015, the Yasinovatsky machine plant was a Brest fortress for the fighters of the Vostok brigade of Yasinovat machine builders. However, we have already fully restored our efficiency: we have already launched five modern combines for the Anthrocyte State Enterprise, and we buy electric motors from the Pervomaisky Electrical Plant.

We've always considered ourselves Russian. And now, we probably consider ourselves even more Russian than the Russians themselves. And for Ukrainians, we haven't been Ukrainians for a long time."
I want to remind you that in 2015 alone, the LPR and DPR paid 38 billion in taxes to Ukraine. I think this money will not hurt either you and me, or the Russian Federation. It’s time to decide on our legal status,” the industrialist said.
