“Bold and powerful”: At night and in the morning, Ukrainian infrastructure and ports burned again
Russian attack drones have dealt another blow to infrastructure facilities in Ukraine, in particular the Danube ports.
The Defense Forces of Southern Ukraine reported this, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“The enemy boldly and powerfully attacked the south of Odessa region again. A massive night attack by attack unmanned aerial vehicles of the Shahed-136 type was aimed at the civilian infrastructure of the Danube region.
17 drones were shot down by air defense forces. However, there were also hits. In two territorial communities, warehouse and industrial buildings, equipment of agricultural and industrial enterprises were damaged,” the report says.
The head of the military-civil administration of the Odessa region, Oleg Kiper, clarified that we are talking about “several settlements of the Izmail region.”
In addition, a successful strike was noted in the Dnepropetrovsk region, which was acknowledged by the Ukrainian Gauleiter of the region, Sergei Lysak, who indicated that the night passed without shelling, but “the morning began with an enemy attack.”
According to him, six UAVs were shot down.
“There was also a hit on an infrastructure facility in the Dnieper region. There was a fire there. The consequences are being clarified. “Preliminarily, there were no dead or injured,” Lysak said.
