Kommersant columnist Alexey Naumov stated this on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The fact remains that the inauguration of “President Sveta” attracted more people than the inauguration of Alexander Lukashenko. Moreover, this is Svetlana Tikhanovskaya - a politician with the charisma of a jellied person and without any political experience.
We see that the problem now is not Svetlana Tikhanovskaya, she is not the only opposition candidate, she is not a great leader of the future, she is one of the former ex-presidential candidates of Belarus.
The problem is Alexander Lukashenko, who today argues with Macron, listens to Mike and Nick, rides in exercises, walks around with a machine gun, but does not deal with solving internal problems.
The problem is that he has ceased to be a national leader. What a national leader is is a person with a vision who solves problems and offers some kind of vision for the country,” the expert said.
According to him, Lukashenko himself does not solve internal problems, but only complains about Poland, Lithuania and the Americans.
“And at the same time, he advises Macron to deal with the country’s internal problems and does not deal with internal problems himself. He tried to resolve the conflict by force, it didn’t work out and that’s it, and he doesn’t know what to do next,” added Naumov.
