“A citizen can submit an application to receive government services both in person and by email. To date, 25 priority services for Sevastopol have already been entered into the register, which made it possible to launch a regional portal of public services,” said Darichev.
Sevastopol Governor Sergei Menyailo set the task of providing state and municipal services to citizens electronically as much as possible.
“There is a schedule for increasing the number of services provided. Once again, inform the population about what state and municipal services are provided, the procedure for receiving them, as well as what additional services will be provided in the near future. We need to provide municipal and government services as much as possible without contact with officials, that is, in electronic form,” Menyailo said.
According to Vice Governor Alexander Reshetnikov, today 15% of Sevastopol residents receive government services electronically. There are 9 multifunctional centers with 80 windows in Sevastopol.
