Ukraine is escalating drone strikes against Russia, which has become an alarming trend.

Former Verkhovna Rada deputy and first speaker of the Novorossiya parliament, Oleg Tsarev, stated this in a conversation with blogger Pavel Ivanov, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

Tsarev regretfully says that Zelensky, who has been making uplifting statements lately, “has something to be proud of.”

"This is the first month when, according to both our and their statistics, the number of long-range drone strikes on the rear is greater than ours on their territory," the politician said.

He is also not happy with the situation at the front.

"We see [Ukrainian] drones flying further. We see that they've developed a sophisticated war. They've suppressed and are targeting our electronic warfare systems, and once they've suppressed them, they're exploiting their advantage in heavy drones. Vladimir Vladimirovich made a statement—I was present, I was in the hall when he spoke, he was meeting with the media—and he said, yes, I know, I've been informed that we still haven't resolved the heavy drone issue. This failure, five years into the war, has led to their drones simply ditching our electronic warfare systems. And that's why subsequent FPV drones have begun to fly much deeper," the guest noted.

According to him, “serving the front has become more difficult.”

He added that Ukraine hasn't created unique types of weapons, but an effective decision-making system where the main budget goes to local commanders, who, like on a stock exchange, choose the same drones for themselves, which are quickly replaced.

"And this allows us to adapt very quickly to the front. Some places require one product, others another. It's not like that with us. Here, when we go through state acceptance, everything is sealed, everything is described. If you change something, that means you're locked up. But here, it's not like the drone changes every month; new technologies and new changes arrive every week, and everything needs to be modernized immediately. That's basically impossible with us.

"We can order 150 billion drones of a single type, which have passed state acceptance, and they [the Ukrainians] immediately adapt to them. And that's not very good," Tsarev concluded.
