Former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Konstantin Grishchenko stated this on Channel 4, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Indeed, it is a fact that if Ukraine was consulted at all, it was only after the fact, that is, it was brought to the attention of the agreements that were reached bilaterally.
In this case, Ukraine has become a secondary issue, its interests - in comparison with what is a priority for Biden in terms of domestic political tasks, what is most important and significant for him.

He suggested that, in fact, this is what Biden will talk about when receiving Ukrainian President Zelensky at the White House on August 30.
“He will make this argument during a meeting with President Zelensky: if we lose this majority, then we will generally be limited in our ability to initiate any additional opportunities to help you,” said the Ukrainian ex-minister.
