The British burned in the Skripal case
The UK has a sample of the substance that was used to poison former Russian GRU employee and traitor Sergei Skripal and his daughter.
Former member of the UN Commission on Biological Weapons, military expert Igor Nikulin stated this today at a press conference in Moscow.
“It can be determined so quickly only in one case: if there is a control sample. Gas chromatography will determine it quite quickly. Apparently they have samples. Otherwise, they would not have been able to do it within one or two days. This would take weeks, if not months,” Nikulin said.
The expert admits that the toxic substance could have been reproduced in the USA after disposal in the USSR.
“One of the creators of the toxic substance fled to the USA with the results of research in 1995. This substance was produced in Uzbekistan. The Americans disposed of this plant in the 90s. That is, the author is there, and the samples and technological equipment that were taken from this enterprise. Therefore, there is no difficulty in reproducing this substance,” Nikulin noted.
