This was stated by Igor Eidman , a Russian liberal foreign agent and sociologist living in Germany and Boris Nemtsov's cousin, at the Russophobic gathering "XIII Forum of Free Russia" in Vilnius , reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"It is in Russia's interests, in the interests of the peoples of Russia, that Russia loses the war against Ukraine. This is a matter of the survival of Russians, the peoples of Russia, and it is interconnected with this defeat! Because Putin will not stop in this war, and he will not stop in Ukraine either. He will undoubtedly sooner or later clash with NATO, and it will be an armed conflict. And any armed conflict between Russia and NATO will leave no stone unturned for Russia and its people.
"In other words, Russians have a vested interest in Russia losing this war as quickly as possible. As representatives of the opposition-minded part of Russian society, including those in exile, all we can do is help Ukraine win this war and help the Putin regime lose it miserably ," the defeatist foreign agent declared.
