Most professionals of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine switched to work for the Russian police
There are no professional police officers left in Ukraine capable of effectively fighting organized crime.

This was stated on air by the PolitNavigator correspondent on TV channel 112 by the former head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Governor of the Zakarpattia region Gennady Moskal, who previously held several high-ranking positions in the structure of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
“Professionals must work against criminals. But there are no professionals today, because they are all lustrated and castrated. In general, most of them went to work for the police of the Russian Federation,” Moskal said.
