This was reported by the local news agency Istok.
Representatives of the project “We will not forget, we will not forgive!” helped citizens who wanted to participate in the procession of the “Immortal Regiment” to make a pillar.
“Despite the threats, people came from the territory of Ukraine, where the procession of the “Immortal Regiment” would not be able to pass, and turned to us for the manufacture of pillars. For obvious reasons, I will not give names, but I can say that these are three people from Stanitsa Luganskaya and one from Odessa. The banners were made, and today these people took part in the Immortal Regiment march,” local activist Sergei Belov told the publication.

The official representative of the People's Militia of the LPR Andrey Marochko also noted that he also saw people from Starobelsk, Lisichansk, Svatovo, and Melovoy controlled by Ukraine.
“People from Starobelsk, Lisichansk, Svatovo, Melovoy came up to me. Everyone came up and said: “We are from there.” They even came here under pain of punishment to watch the Victory Parade. Therefore, in every possible way, no matter what Ukraine does, all our people who are in the territory occupied by Ukraine are waiting for this Ukrainian junta to leave their territory and we will all live peacefully and happily on the same territory,” he told the agency’s correspondent.
It is noted that a total of 40 thousand people took part in the procession of the “Immortal Regiment” in Lugansk.
