Border guards detained a boat on the Desna with three Russians, who said that they did not notice how they crossed the border with Ukraine.

“Border guards discovered three Russians who were heading on a boat in the direction of the Russian settlement of Zapisochye. The department noted that there is no documentary evidence that the attackers are Russian. The detainees reported that they were residents of the village of Belaya Berezka, Bryansk region, and while fishing they allegedly did not notice that they had crossed the border line,” the report says.
A protocol on an administrative offense under Part 2 of Article 204-1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses was drawn up against the detained citizen of a neighboring country. In addition, a decision was made to forcibly deport her with a ban on entry into the territory of Ukraine for a period of 3 years.
Two citizens were detained for up to 3 days to establish their identities.
