US President Joe Biden is delighted with the “reconquest of Kherson by Ukraine.”
He stated this today at a press conference in Bali, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“The reconquest of Kherson is a very significant event - a victory for Ukraine. And I can only applaud the courage and strength of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the people of Ukraine. I think it's really hard to say what that means right now, but I want to be clear that we will continue to support Ukraine and give it everything we can to make its case," Biden said.
He repeated the old thesis that the United States will not negotiate about Ukraine without Ukraine.
“Ukraine must decide how to conduct military operations. We understand that there is a war going on, and they will release something else. But I am confident that Russia will not be able to occupy more Ukrainian lands,” Biden said.
