Simferopol, January 29 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – Effective January 31, one of the world's leading domain name registrars, Godaddy, will delete the accounts of all its Crimean clients. A corresponding letter received from the registrar was published on his Facebook page by Simferopol resident Maxim Serdyuk.
Godaddy motivates its actions by the sanctions imposed by the United States against Crimea.
“To the company’s credit, all money for services at the time of closure will be returned to the owners, according to their current accounts,” Serdyuk wrote.
