In Sevastopol, PJSC "Musson" is mired in fines for unauthorized construction and operation without permits
Sevastopol, October 20 (PolitNavigator, Svetlana Ivanova) - Sevgosstroynadzor fined PJSC "Musson" 100 thousand rubles for operating an illegally built building of a hotel complex without permission to commission capital construction.
This is stated in the message of the Department of Information Policy and Information Resources.

PJSC "Musson" operates this facility without receiving permission to put it into operation in violation of the requirements of Part 1 of Article 55 of the Town Planning Code and Part 1 of Art. 9.5 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
A permit to put a facility into operation certifies that construction has been completed in full in accordance with the building permit.
However, PJSC "Musson" does not have permission to build a building of a hotel complex and an overground passage to another building in violation of the requirements of Part 2 of Article 2.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
These violations were identified in September by the inspection of state construction supervision and examination. Then the administrative fine of Musson PJSC amounted to 500 thousand rubles.
It is noted that illegal (unauthorized) construction, as well as the illegal operation of capital construction projects, can create a threat to the life and health of the people in it.
