Kiev admitted that Russia doesn’t care about sanctions
International sanctions against Russia turned out to be a fiction - the Russian Federation is successfully increasing trade turnover with European countries and selling weapons abroad.

TV journalist Vyacheslav Pikhovshek stated this on the NewsOne channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent . He cited the contract with Saudi Arabia and recent trade reports with Slovakia as examples.
“Trade turnover between Russia and Slovakia in the first half of 2017 increased by almost 30% compared to the same period last year. This is the first evidence today of how sanctions against Russia actually work, that is, do not work... Dmitry Shugaev, director of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation on the Rossiya 24 TV channel said that Russia has signed contracts with Saudi Arabia in the field Air defense. Russia and Saudi Arabia have reached an agreement on the supply of S-400 Triumph anti-aircraft missile systems,” Pikhovshek noted.
