“We propose to introduce a complete severance of economic ties with this territory. Yes, this is an ambiguous step, but this is how everything is heading. This is necessary in order to undermine the Russian economy, so that people understand who is responsible for the situation in this region. This territory is occupied by the enemy, and any cooperation with the enemy works against us,” Garmash-Petishov said.
