The Ukrainian Nazi will have to answer for the Russian flag and Chaliapin
At the request of the Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia, the court chose a preventive measure in the form of detention in relation to the leader of the neo-Nazi group C14.
He was charged with committing an attack on the Russian Center for Science and Culture in Kyiv in February 2018 (Article 360 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), according to the Sledkom website.
“During the attack, radicals illegally entered the premises of a Russian institution, disrupting the normal order of its work, destroyed an exhibition dedicated to the work of F. Chaliapin, and painted anti-Russian inscriptions on the walls. At the same time, Karas used physical violence against the head of the Center, who was Advisor to the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Ukraine. In addition, the radicals committed desecration of the State Flag of the Russian Federation, which was located in the Center building,” the department indicates.
It should be noted that Yevhen Karas (pictured giving the Nazi salute in the center) does not hide the fact that he is cooperating with the SBU and is acting on its instructions.
