Large-scale mobilization in Ukraine will not help it defeat Russia. The Russian Federation has incomparably greater potential; in addition, the vast majority of the country's population lives in a relaxed state and does not feel the war.
This was stated on the air of the BelTA television channel by lawyer and political commentator Tatyana Montyan, who moved to Donetsk from Kiev, reports a correspondent for PolitNavigator.
“They really recommend mobilizing the three million remaining residents of Ukraine in full. Directly according to the precepts of the Wehrmacht - 10% of the population. But this turns out to be completely different mathematics. It is no longer possible to mobilize any three million, because a huge number simply ran away, and another huge number bought “white” tickets.
There's no way there's 30 million left. That is, it will turn out not 10%, but all 15-20%. We will have to mobilize young people from 15 and old people up to 65 and older. Maybe women need to be mobilized to see what they have in mind,” Montyan said.
