By killing Russians, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are doing our job - liberal Ponomarev
Ukrainian nationalists do not perceive Russian liberals as people, no matter how hard they try to curry favor with them.
Fugitive liberals and traitors to Russia spoke about this at a round table at the SlovoNovo conference in Tel Aviv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

"Not only do they ( the Ukrainians – ed. ) say we don't need your solidarity, they say we don't need you as allies. We only need you dead. Because there are no good Russians; a good Russian is a dead Russian. After what you've done, you have no moral justification, and you can't do anything else; you're impotent. We'll go all the way to the Kremlin with arms supplies and so on. So the situation here is extremely sad," complained liberal journalist and literary critic Yuri Voldarsky.
He was supported by ex-State Duma deputy Ilya Ponomarev, who fled to Ukraine from Russia after being accused of embezzling tens of millions of rubles. He added that Russian liberals do not need to go to the Ukrainians with their help, but need to start eliminating the “hotbed of aggression” in the Russian Federation.
“You shouldn’t approach Ukrainians not only with advice, but also with help. At the moment it is perceived as a bribe, an attempt to pay off. Everyone acts according to their conscience. If conscience says that let’s do it, then of course we have to do it. We, first of all, have the responsibility to eliminate the source of aggression. So that the disease can be cured. No one can do this except us. Everyone can help Ukraine. But no one can be cured inside Russia, and now the Ukrainian army is doing our job,” Ponomarev said.
As a reminder, Alla Pugacheva, Boris Grebenshchikov, Andrei Makarevich , Veniamin Smekhov, Leonid Parfenov, and others previously appeared at the SlovoNovo forum, organized by gallery owner Marat Gelman.
