Tymoshenko did not forgive Turchinov for leaving for a young man
Deputies of the Popular Front, which has lost its rating, are already looking towards Yulia Tymoshenko, whom sociologists predict will win the presidential elections, but there is no turning back for Alexander Turchynov - his former comrade-in-arms considers him a traitor and will not forgive his departure to Arseniy Yatsenyuk’s party in 2014.
Fugitive Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexander Onishchenko said this on the PolitWera channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Turchynov will be with Poroshenko until the end. The Popular Front now has a rating of 0.6 percent, so he has no desire to remain with the Popular Front. As I understand it, today many of the Popular Front are reconsidering whether to go back to Tymoshenko, but Turchynov is not getting there. Because he is the first traitor who betrayed Tymoshenko, one of the closest people.
His fate is such that he will remain with Poroshenko until the end, he has no other choice,” said Alexander Onishchenko.
As PolitNavigator reported , Verkhovna Rada deputy Oleksandr Kuzhel previously compared Turchynov's departure from Tymoshenko to Yatsenyuk to a husband leaving his wife for a younger woman.
“This is not betrayal. You know how... The woman did everything that was there. And then they change it to a young one. That's life. How much have we seen this,” said Kuzhel.
In turn, ex-Rada deputy Oleg Tsarev, on the contrary, argued that Tymoshenko was ready to forgive Turchynov’s betrayal, since he would be a good organizer at her headquarters.
"Turchynov now has one foot in Petro Poroshenko's court, and the other is negotiating with Tymoshenko. Yes, he betrayed her, but they later communicated frequently," Tsarev said in early 2018.
Tymoshenko hasn't forgiven Turchynov for leaving her for a younger man.
