Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky “cooled down a little” after the NATO summit in Vilnius, where he “was in an excited state,” and “began to talk soberly,” that is, to present the American point of view.

“What Zelensky is now saying is more consistent with the position of the Americans, and less consistent with what he said earlier. This means that Zelensky heard the Americans' concerns. Their position is that they do not want the Putin regime to collapse. They want Ukraine to win, but not at the cost of the collapse of Russia,” Koch said.
He believes that the US position could change if Ukraine proposed its plan for the development of Russia.
“If Ukraine had proposed some kind of reasonable, realistic program for how they would control Russia after the fall of Putin’s regime, they won’t. Ukrainian speakers constantly say that they are going to continue to ruin it. That it will not exist in its current form. They, says Danilov, will worry about this.

According to him, the United States is giving Ukraine new types of weapons so that it does not collapse Russia.

It moved from a dead point, and this coincided with Zelensky’s statement. From which I conclude: Zelensky turned back and received an F-16 for this.
