With the onset of cold weather, Kherson was left without heating
In Kherson, the heating season was on the verge of collapse due to colossal consumer debts to utility companies.
The press service of Khersongas reported this, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

The utility companies, in turn, did not pay Khersongaz about 200 million hryvnia.
“Unfortunately, JSC Khersongaz, being in losses for the third year in a row, amounting to almost 200 million UAH, including due to non-payment from heat supply companies, cannot guarantee uninterrupted distribution of gas for JSC Kherson Thermal Power Plant, MKP Khersonteploenergo, KP Aleshki Service , KP GORTEPLOKOMMUNENERGO in the coming heating season,” the message says.
PolitNavigator previously reported that Genichesk faces annual gas supply problems due to the Ukrainian government's refusal to purchase fuel from Crimea.
