“The problem is that Ukraine did not recognize their documents. They are essentially charged with separatist articles. She, in fact, does not recognize them as Russian citizens. This is a clear provocation,” Ishchenko said.
In his opinion, Ukraine wants to force Russia “to choose between bad and very bad.”
“She cannot help but protect the fishermen. It is clear that no matter how much you negotiate, they will look with tin eyes and say: “We have such laws.” It is impossible to stimulate them through negotiations to respond adequately. But war is not declared in such cases.
