This was reported by the press service of the supervisory agency.
During the audit, it was established that the veteran did not receive a pension for three months due to the long transfer of the pension file from the Pension Fund of Ukraine to the Main Directorate of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation in Sevastopol.
Having learned that the pension file had been received by the Pension Fund department in the Nakhimovsky district, he turned to the department official with a request to register. However, it was explained to him that due to the workload of workers, the registration procedure would take longer than usual and the disabled person was asked to come at another time.
Based on the results of consideration of the pensioner’s appeal, the prosecutor demanded that the head of the State Pension Fund for Sevastopol accelerate the assignment of a pension to the veteran by Victory Day.
By decision of the department, the veteran’s pension file was registered and he was assigned a pension. They have already received pension payments in the amount of more than 32 thousand rubles.
