Vladimir Putin's refusal to mention Petro Poroshenko in his congratulations to Ukrainians on Victory Day confirms that the current Ukrainian president ( who is accused of corruption, stifling freedom of speech, failing reforms, and the disintegration of the country ) is on the right track.
The wife of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, the presidential representative in the Verkhovna Rada, Irina Lutsenko, stated this on TV channel 112.

“Putin is dissatisfied with President Poroshenko, and this was very clearly demonstrated when he congratulated, in fact, the Ukrainian people on their victory in World War II and in no way remembered President Poroshenko. Putin is not satisfied with the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, who stands for sovereignty, for independence, for the Euro-Atlantic direction, for the direction of joining the European Union, for democratic values,” Lutsenko said.
