If the Crimean Tatars abandon the blockade of the peninsula after the law on the special economic zone is repealed, the Right Sector, which also takes part in the blockade, will be under threat. This was stated by the press secretary of the 13th battalion of the Right Sector, Alexey “Bull,” according to the organization’s page.

According to him, in this case, the authorities can stage a terrorist attack at Right Sector checkpoints and use it to fight the organization.
“We know that such work is underway. They are now testing the waters to see if the Tatars will refuse to participate in the action if the law on the free economic zone is repealed. If this happens, then the “Right Sector” will remain on its own, and, accordingly, the so-called law enforcement agencies will be able to organize provocations without worrying that this will affect the Crimean Tatars and cause a reaction from the world community. If only Right Sector remains there, then some kind of terrorist attack may happen,” said “Bull.”
