“Two volleys came with a difference of 30 minutes. A typical tactic is when, after the first salvo, the evacuation of the wounded and the removal of rubble begins, at this moment the same position is covered in order to increase the number of victims,” says Advisor to the President of Ukraine Yuriy Biryukov.

“After the first salvo there were no military casualties. But after the second, two dead and 9 wounded were recorded. This is about the military on the territory of the ATO headquarters. There is obviously a spotter working there, because the second salvo hit the headquarters,” Biryukov believes.

As PolitNavigator reported, Poroshenko previously said that the attack on the main headquarters of the ATO was carried out from a Tornado.
