The second Chernobyl came to Ukraine
The Ukrainian government hypocritically sheds tears about the Chernobyl disaster, but at the same time cuts benefits to victims of the Chernobyl accident.
This opinion is expressed in his blog by the head of the public organization “Public Audit” Maxim Goldarb.
He writes that he was surprised by how the leadership of Ukraine “gets sad and sheds tears on the anniversary of the Chernobyl accident” and what “touching posts” they write, and therefore “Public Audit” studied what “Poroshenko, Yatsenyuk, Groysman did during this time for those , who saved Ukraine and Europe from this terrible accident.”
“1) those who worked as liquidators of the accident, who were conscripted soldiers, military reserves, who were then urgently mobilized - all of them were given a pension in the amount of 2,5 thousand UAH;
2) benefits and compensation for the 4th category of liquidators were cancelled;
3) since the beginning of 2015, the right to receive medical benefits for victims of the 2nd and 3rd categories, as well as Chernobyl children, has been limited;
4) since 2015, compensation for a school-age child evacuated from the exclusion zone and payment of benefits to children who are registered at the dispensary or listed as disabled due to the disaster have been abolished;
5) free meals for all children affected by Chernobyl in kindergartens have been cancelled;
6) sanatorium vouchers for 2nd and 3rd categories of liquidators have been cancelled.
At the same time, 4 billion is provided for this year to serve only 6 officials - Poroshenko, Parubiy, Groysman and Turchynov - who are clearly not Chernobyl victims!
The feeling is that in the person of “these” the second Chernobyl disaster has come to us...”, Goldarb comes to the conclusion.
A second Chernobyl has come to Ukraine.
