Lugansk regional council appealed to the conscience of the Crimean authorities: demands the return of the sanatorium
Lugansk, April 25 (Navigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – Deputies of the Lugansk Regional Council appealed to deputies of the Supreme Council of Crimea with a demand to return the Yuzhny health complex to them.

The deputies drew the attention of their Crimean colleagues to the fact that the complex was not the state property of Ukraine, but a municipal property, therefore it cannot be nationalized.
They reported that in 2001 the complex was purchased by the Luhansk Regional Council at an auction using funds from the regional budget.
“Accordingly, your decision that all state property of Ukraine becomes the property of Crimea is not applicable to Yuzhny even on a purely formal basis. Not to mention conscience and justice,” said the Luhansk Regional Council.
In this regard, the deputies demanded to “exclude the Yuzhny children's health complex from the list of sanatorium-resort and health-improving institutions owned by Crimea,” to cancel the relevant decision and create conditions that would allow the regional council to ensure the normal operation of the institution.
“You actually took away the Yuzhny children’s health complex from the residents of the Lugansk region, from the Lugansk children,” Lugansk residents complained to their colleagues.
