Journalist Dmitry Smirnov reported this on his Twitter account.
“According to unofficial information, the concept has changed: documents will no longer be signed under cameras. Each head of state will communicate with his own pool. What this means, decide for yourself,” he wrote.
According to him, the Russian press is already heading to the hall where Vladimir Putin will approach. German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Francois Hollande may hold a press conference together.
“Information is being circulated among journalists that the document following the negotiations will consist of 12-13 points. Its signing was scheduled for 9.00, but apparently the negotiators have not yet finished discussing it,” writes tut.by.
