And these too. North Macedonia strengthens military contingent in Kosovo
As part of the Brdo-Brioni summit in Slovenia, North Macedonian President Stevo Pendarovski met with the “president” of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani.
During the meeting, Pendarovski announced an increase in the Macedonian contingent within the KFOR military occupation mission in Kosovo.

As a PolitNavigator correspondent reports, both sides announced that a joint meeting of the governments of Kosovo and North Macedonia will be held in the near future as part of cooperation. Pendarovski also told Osmani that his country will increase its presence in the KFOR armed occupation mission, and also supports visa liberalization and Kosovo's European path. Skopje also advocates the separatist region's membership in NATO.
Let's remember that just recently, North Macedonian Prime Minister Zoran Zaev, a Maidan activist, tearfully thanked Serbia for the donation of coronavirus vaccines.
By bolstering its military presence in Kosovo, North Macedonia followed the example of Croatia, which announced the creation of its own military base in the region, a move that Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić viewed as unfriendly.
