Unloading is carried out at three bases: two for food, and another for medicine, RIA Novosti reports.
At the moment, the formation of columns with which Russian cars are returning to Russian territory is being completed. Some of them have already crossed the border.
It is expected that the direct distribution and distribution of humanitarian aid will begin on Monday.
At the same time, Kyiv stated that Ukrainian customs officers were not allowed to inspect the cargo. In turn, Moscow said that Ukrainian representatives did not want to inspect the cargo.
Deputy Director of the Department of Information and Press of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova said that the dispatch of humanitarian convoys demonstrated the inconsistency of statements about a disguised Russian invasion.
As PolitNavigator reported, the first humanitarian convoy of 280 trucks crossed the border on August 22 after long delays in paperwork and inspection of part of the cargo by Ukrainian customs officers and arrived in Lugansk. After this, Kiev announced aggression from Russia.
