Omelyan, who dreamed of Kuban, is now crying about the emergency state of Ukrainian infrastructure
More than half of Ukrainian bridges are in disrepair or in need of repair.
This was stated by the Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Volodymyr Omelyan, as reported by the correspondent of PolitNavigator with reference to Ridus.
“On the balance sheet of Ukravtodor, after the reform carried out since January 1 of this year, there are about 6 thousand bridges, of which 1 thousand are in disrepair and another 2,5 thousand are in need of repair,” Omelyan noted.
He also noted that the Ukrainian road infrastructure is 90% worn out.

As a reminder, Ukrainian Infrastructure Minister Volodymyr Omelyan previously announced the imminent cancellation of rail service between Ukraine and Russia. The Russian government, for its part, has prepared countermeasures should these measures be implemented.
In addition, Omelyan stated that Kiev is using the Crimean Bridge to connect “Ukrainian Crimea with Ukrainian Kuban.”
