Speaking at the XI Security Forum in Kyiv, former British Foreign Minister Sir Malcolm Rifkind criticized Russia's foreign policy, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“It has become obvious to all countries that Russian foreign policy, the Russian threat in its various forms, threatens everyone. Why this international solidarity now?
