Ebanoidze refused to reform Ukraine
Saakashvili's ally Dzhambul Ebanoidze, who was supposed to head the registration department, left the Ministry of Justice.

According to him, he refused a position in the ministry because he was initially promised the post of head of the State Registration Service, but was given a department without authority.
“After the New Year holidays, I come and submit an application for Ukrainian citizenship. And in mid-January they announced to me that the Ministry of Justice was going to liquidate the Registration Service, the body that I was supposed to head.
Despite my indignation, there were arguments that in this way, such a reorganization could overcome corruption in the registration system,” said Ebanoidze.
He added that it took him another month to find out that the new department that was being given to him would have almost no powers.
“It turned out that this department has no powers. Various departments and structures have dismantled the registration system altogether,” he said.
Let us recall that earlier a scandal arose in the government in connection with the departure of another foreigner from the Ministry of Economy - Sasha Borovik, who exposed Yatsenyuk’s scam involving the purchase of software abroad at a price that was inflated thirty times.
