Double standards of the “world community”
International organizations demonstrated double standards by reacting to the fake murder of fugitive Russian journalist Arkady Babchenko, but ignoring the real murder of Oles Buzina.
Ukrainian journalist Vladimir Skachko stated this on the Rossiya-1 TV channel.
“He had not yet “died” in the ambulance on the way to the hospital, and the OSCE, the Council of Europe, and the UN had already expressed their condolences. And when Oles Buzina and opposition deputies were actually killed, there is still no real condolences or even a reminder that something needs to be sorted out. For four years no one has been able to go to trial because the court is surrounded by militants. And where is the international community?” Skachko said.
As PolitNavigator previously reported, on May 29, the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs reported the murder of Arkady Babchenko, but a day later the SBU declared the incident staged as part of a special operation.
